U.S. - in metropolitan areas, home prices in September rose less than expected


Property prices in 20 U.S. cities tracked the S & P / Case-Shiller in September showed annual growth of 0.6%, which is the smallest increase since January. Market counted with an average price increase of 1% in the range of estimates from +1.6 to -3.4%.
On the basis of monthly index fell by 0.8%, the biggest drop since April 2009.

For 3Q prices nationally declined in Q3 compared to 3Q09 by 1.5% and 2% compared to Q2 of this year.

15 of 20 cities tracked showed a decline in prices led Chicago with -5.6%. Conversely, the biggest annual growth at 5.5% proved to San Francisco.
