Men and women in certain insurance risks actually fundamentally different. The most significant statistical differences between the sexes occur in the risk of death, disability, serious illness or disability. The probability that a claim does not depend only on gender, but also for example the age of the insured, health status or occupation.

Why the European Commission decided to unify the premium payments and thus the denial of these differences?

Since 2007, a period of 5 years, the Czech Republic (and   other countries) from the exception when setting premiums. In this case, did not comply with Council Directive 2004/113/EC of 13 December 2004 implementing the principle of equal treatment between men and women in access to goods and services and their provision. Therefore, prohibits discrimination based on sex.
It was expected that at 21 December 2012 this exemption will be extended, but unfortunately it did not happen. European Court of Justice on 1 March 2011 sentencing in which it held that the exemption is contrary to the Union's fundamental law and thus the exemption not be extended. The abrogation was firstly due to a formal violation of the law, the court held that the law and can not accept him "sticking" exceptions. Why is insurance not been removed from all anti-discrimination law as early as 2004, can only guess. The fact isThat all parties fully, it is clear that no discrimination was not on the contrary, occurs from 21.12 2012th

Do you already have in the CPP a specific form of it, under what conditions you after 21 12th 2012 offer insurance to women and men in what?

We will try to find the current situation in such a way that will be primarily in the interests of our existing and future clients and legal obligation to utilize this as an opportunity for further innovation of our products.

-Webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px "> adjustment will affect new contracts concluded after that date, existing contracts, where the influence of changes with the consent of the contracting strategy n is adjusted premium or benefits.

Why did you choose just this way?

77px Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; WHITE-SPACE: normal; Orphans: 2; letter-spacing: normal; COLOR: rgb (0,0,0); vertical-align: baseline; BORDER-TOP: 0px; BORDER- RIGHT: 0px; word-spacing: 0px; PADDING-TOP: 5px;-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px "> The law does not allow us or any other solution, because it can not distinguish sex in the premium, but also benefits. For this reason, unfortunately, can not prepare a special product just for one gender, even when it tries to be competitive this commun ovata.

What about some benefits in terms of expansion of coverage for women (eg insurance hereditary diseases in their offspring, pregnancy insurance, etc.)?

-Webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px "> In a related service obligations slosti unisex we adjust premiums especially in severe disease (because women and men have other illness, if only because they have some other authorities), disability (as well as at the death of the data shows that the degree of disability is shown to others), inability to work (again, the data clearly shows that the degree of incapacity is different).

77px Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; WHITE-SPACE: normal; Orphans: 2; letter-spacing: normal; COLOR: rgb (0,0,0); vertical-align: baseline; BORDER-TOP: 0px; BORDER- RIGHT: 0px; word-spacing: 0px; PADDING-TOP: 5px;-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px "> In order to compensate for a slight price increase in female rates, which in the future waiting, we have a transitional period, a special event  for unit-linked life insurance, pensions European Premium for product evolution. The new contract offer women a discount of 15% of the agreed premium for the risk of death with any variant of the indemnity.

In connection with the changes that has prepared us to the European Commission, has spoken almost exclusively   only on the impact of these changes on the female population. The changes, however, to a unified view of both sexes, what do these changes will mean for the male population?

-Webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px "> This unification, of course, affect both women and men. More expensive insurance to women at risk because they will pay for the risky man." The savings "that will be exactly the opposite, there will be men pay the price to women. men are marking up the premiums on life expectancy and less costly to women, of course, statistically live longer and are more likely to live to the age and the premium end. However, this applies only to capital life insurance, where premiums are assessed on survival. U investment life insurance, this is not true.

Available from the CPP as a recommendation for men and women how to respond to upcoming changes?

By 21 12th 2012 left us for another half year u Each client or client should consider whether these 6 months to wait the conclusion of insurance contract or not. As mentioned above, a change in insurance rates will have to proceed even if the old contracts, there is a change in risk. So - women can now use nezdražených, initial rates for the risk of death (now also provided with a discount). On the contrary, for the men's   appropriate time to ensure that the old form of "classical" capital insurance for survival.

What men and women who already have life insurance taken out? In the case that men might insurance save under new conditions, it might pay you to conclude a new contract or not?

-Webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px "> Generally speaking, the old contract does not pay to disturb. The obligation to unify rates for men and women, even if changes to contracts already in force, as may be requested to change the amount of insurance risk. This step will be the aforementioned conversion rates on the required insurance coverage.

77px Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; WHITE-SPACE: normal; Orphans: 2; letter-spacing: normal; COLOR: rgb (0,0,0); vertical-align: baseline; BORDER-TOP: 0px; BORDER- RIGHT: 0px; word-spacing: 0px; PADDING-TOP: 5px;-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px "> However, also in terms of other standards arising from our membership in the EU (SOL2) we have for our internal needs to consider the gender factor. If there was a massive přepojišťování men unisex rates, we have these rates could rise to almost the original level for males. It is obvious that such action can not benefit from existing clients, while it would further damage the female population respectively. existing clients.
