Jihomoravská TOP 09 filed a complaint regarding the tenders for the reconstruction of the hospital in Znojmo

ZNOJMO (MEDIAFAX) - President of the Moravian TOP 09 Jan Vitula filed on Monday in connection with tenders for the reconstruction of the hospital in Znojmo a criminal complaint against unknown perpetrators. Party considers tenders listed in 1.5 billion for non-standard and illegal, the agency said Vitula unless otherwise indicated.

The filing of a complaint resulted in the TOP 09 "findings of serious misconduct on rekonstruci hospital", which took place between 2006 and 2007. "Contracts won by the same consortium, one of them even a single candidate," said Vitula. He added that it also raises serious doubts as to connect two different subject matters. "This in itself reduces the transparency of the procedure. Also, closing a number of amendments to increase prices based on private negotiations even investments that could be expected in advance, does not inspire confidence," he added Vitula.

Jihomoravská TOP 09 on the basis of available information from the Audit considers that the practices that applied years ago for South County Hospital Znojmo are often analogous in the case of reconstruction of the Kladno Hospital, for which he is being prosecuted around the group and former Deputy Governor of the Central Bohemia David Rath ( CSSD).
