Germany - Industrial production in July fell more than expected


German industrial production as a whole month of June fell by 0.9% compared to the May increase of 1.7%. The market for June in diameter allowed for a decrease of 0.8%.
Compared production after seasonal adjustment decreased by 0.3%.

Production in the manufacturing sector fell by 1% month on month, production of capital goods decreased by 1.6% and construction fell by 2% compared to the May increase of 2.6%.

According to the German Ministry of Finance of industrial production for the whole 2Q outlook, however, relatively robust at the moment is a little more uncertain. The relatively strong domestic demand offset a decline in demand around the Euroregion and cooling global growth.
