U.S. bond yields rise significantly

U.S. Treasury bond yields yesterday hit the 3-month highs. During today's Asian session continued sales. A 10-year bonds during yesterday's U.S. session income reached above 1.8%.

The financial media attribute the sale to the bond market an improving economic data from the U.S. economy. Some data published macro positive surprise, and begin to appear about speculation that the Fed at its September meeting notifies the next round of QE, as expected for now.

The Fed closely monitors the data from the U.S. economy and to its next meeting will be a lot more important macro data published. We expect that the Fed will introduce some form of QE. In the current situation, but we tend more to the fact that it will not be at the September meeting. The main reason for us U.S. stock indexes that move near their highs this year. In this setting, we notice the next wave comes QE unlikely.

U.S. stock index S & P 500 yesterday showed the next day with minimal trading volumes and low price range (range). This condition lasts for more than a week, and suggests only one thing - the movement comes more pronounced. As more likely to perceive the direction of movement of prices below. Although more may come before testing important resistance levels around 1425 points. If you experience a sharp sell-off a few days like last year at the end of July, so indexes can weaken and the Fed set in motion to take action as early as at the September meeting. The reason why we write about the whole, is that if you come to a sharp sell-offs of U.S. stock indices, so it "withdraws" risky currencies including the euro, with you.
