The House passed a law regulating the volume of advertising


PRAGUE (MEDIAFAX) - Loud advertising may soon be past, members of the audience raised their hand the final reading for the amendment of the Act on Radio and Television Broadcasting, which is the phenomenon disabled. With the finish in the middle of 122 lawmakers have expressed their consent, against no one.

The draft is to prevent situations where television interferes significantly against other pořadům higher volume of advertising.

The draft introduces a requirement that television broadcaster ensure that the sound intensity broadcast advertising, teleshopping and sponsorship designation does not exceed the sound intensity the rest of the broadcast before and after the broadcast commercials.

The intensity of the volume of advertising is regulated by law such as in neighboring Poland and Slovak Republic.

After discussion, the Senate and the presidential signature Act comes into effect on the first day of the seventh calendar month following the date of publication.
