USA

  • Yesterday we finally made ??the U.S. stronger growth stock markets - the S & P 500 gained 0.7% and is close to the current highs, which reached in mid-September. Helped to better macroeconomic data and does not disappoint minutes of the last meeting of the Monetary Committee of the Fed.
  • The largest increases in commodity and financial stocks

Today's U.S. macro data:

  • Waiting growth in the number of new jobs in September
  • Unemployment, however, expected to increase by 0.1%
  • The decline in unemployment payrolls had to grow by at least 200 thousand. or more per month

ASIA

  • Helped to better U.S. data and also, in the words of Draghi, ECB ready to buy bonds

EUROPE  

Greece:

  • Samaras expects decision on the release of the next tranche of bailout to EU Summit 18.10
  • Releasing tranche (EUR 31 billion) must sanctify the troika, which calls for cuts of 10.5 billion euros and revenues increase by 3 billion
  • Money should primarily be focused on recapitalization of Greek banks
  • Again revives the idea deferral of debt held by the ECB (impassable)

SUPERSPAD

ThyssenKrupp:

  • According to the Financial Times, the U.S. division five interested potential buyers
  • POSCO, JFE, CSN, Vale and Baosteel
  • Interest is quite strong now will depend on the price offered
  • CEO Hiesinger requires 7 billion
  • Analysts estimate a price Steel Americas to 3-4 billion

Deutsche Telekom:

  • Sprint considering a counter offer to MetroPCS with which it is planned to merge T-Mobile USA
  • The weekend should meet the Executive Board of the Sprint and decide whether to go to war with DTE or not
  • DTE would then have to come up with a better offer on MetroPCS, which would be a more expensive merger
  • DTE plays into the hands of arrangement fees MetroPCS would have to pay if the agreement with DTE backing away (150 million EUR)

HP:

  • Moody's is considering a downgrade from the current A3
  • The reason for the expected deterioration in the next year

Recommendation:

  • Nomura reduces recommendations for Munich Re shares to "reduce" from "buy"
  • Nomura reduces recommendations for Hannover Re shares to "reduce" from "buy"
