DNES: Christmas trees cheaper, driving down the price competition

PRAGUE (MEDIAFAX) - Christmas trees this year will be the exception, unlike most goods is higher VAT neprodraží. Their price contrast compared to last year will go down, to be published in Wednesday's issue of daily MF Dnes.

They agree merchants. They allow price of certain trees fall by up to ten per cent, according to MF Dnes.

The reason is a lot of competition and the fact that if the price exceeds a certain threshold, people will find another option. The "average" tree directly from foresters in the country can be bought for about ten dollars, up to three times cheaper than in the city, describes the MF Dnes.

Price affects the weather. If you can think of a lot of snow, foresters for the trees does not want to limit drifts and "forest trespass." Demand in cities such increase, MF Dnes writes.
