Electricity gets more expensive, the government agreed compensation for renewable energy

According to calculations by the Department of Electrical Power Engineering of the Ministry of Industry and Trade will discontinuing two billion next year to raise electricity prices by at least two percent. If the contribution remained at the level proposed by the Office, prices would remain, according to calculations at the same level this year.

Minister of Cuba but also said that they have to support renewable energy and offsetting change in the future. "Unfortunately, at this moment, as it was historically set up support for renewable energy sources and development, especially as happened in photovoltaic power plants, they are now getting into a situation where the amount for the year2013 is no longer really a one megawatt hour of very high and very burdensome for the Czech industry, "said the minister.

Discussions with industrialists after him already underway. "We want to prepare some solutions, but we were able to project the budget until 2014. At the moment when we can not find a solution to the current legislation for 2013. We are aware that maintaining the competitiveness of Czech industry is key in this situation. Industry are, where it is extremely burdensome, areas where less. As this legislation has historically been set, it is actually an enormous burden for the Czech industry and the loss of competitiveness is obviously tied to the loss of jobs, and it would for the Czech Republic was very bad news, " Cuba said.

Regulation enters into force on the date of its publication.
