Benes (CEZ): Loss of Albania will be less than 5 billion, UK government should guarantee the purchase price due to the completion of Temelin

iPoint.cz CEO Daniel Benes, CEZ today in an interview for HN, among other things said that based CEZ loss due to departure from Albania lower than it expected, Moody's (5 billion CZK). His words suggest that the departure from the country is already practically decided and the chances of an agreement with the Albanian government is almost dead. The negotiations on Počerady said that the preferred option is (logically) negotiating an acceptable long-term contract to supply coal for Počerady of the Czech Coal Group. He mentioned, however, other alternatives including a joint venture with Czech Coal Mine Vršany or redemption. The final decision of the Commission to the forced sale of power seems to fall at the beginning of next year (originally expected later this year). Another topic of conversation was the completion of the Temelín NPP, where Benes reiterated that CEZ will require state guarantees prices for electricity produced in the new OURCES. ČEZ strategies for the future, a greater share of business in a stable and heat distribution (which is already known). Overall, in an interview from falling significant price-fixing information, maybe just express to Albania can be taken as slightly positive.
