SANEP: Presidential elections will decide the people who elect its candidate at the last minute

PRAGUE (MEDIAFAX) - Three weeks before the first direct presidential election has maintained leadership of the former Prime Minister Milos Zeman, Jan Fischer, says survey published on Thursday, the agency SANEP. The authors, however, point to the fact that votes can decide the people who elect its candidate at the last minute.

Former Prime Minister Milos Zeman would now, according to a survey by SANEP won 25.8 percent of votes. Second adept Jan Fischer would have won 21.7 percent of votes.

In third place is the social democratic candidate Jiri Dienstbier (10.3 percent). Candidate TOP 09 Karel Schwarzenberg gained support by SANEP 8.3 percent. ODS candidate Premysl Sobotka voice would give 4.9 percent of respondents.

Interestingly, however, are Jana Bobošíková preferences that the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court (NSS) returned to the fight for the presidency. Jana Bobošíková currently has support for 4.5 percent of the electorate. Although it is not considered a left-wing politician, he cuts voices to Jiri Dienstbier, says survey SANEP.

This shows that the voters their candidates levied primarily by party key. This is confirmed by Milos Zeman, who collects votes from voters as Social Democrats and Communists, as well as Top 09, ODS and non-voters.

Another candidate for the seat of President Vladimir artist Franz attracts particular interest in the youngest part of the electorate, which is the least reliable in the actual turnout.

Overall turnout in the range of 67.9 percent.

The authors of the survey indicate that a group of people who are the decision to go to the presidential elections, but not his favorite, is quite large. Now they can choose at the last minute to decide.

At this point, so even the primacy of Milos Zeman in the first round is not due to the roughly five percent of undecided voters unambiguous. Until the election itself can then be further voter opinions form and change based on many factors.

SANEP survey, which took place this year on 13 to 17 December, attended by 8,593 respondents aged between 18-69 years.
