The U.S. housing market is in the best shape since 2010. Yesterday's data showed. Index of real estate S & P / Case-Shiller, which tracks home prices in 20 major cities in the U.S. in November increased by 4.3%. This is the fastest rate since June 2010. It is also the fifth consecutive increase and the growth rate is accelerating. At the beginning of next year, however, could lead to a certain disillusionment with the way tax relief expires on expenditure on mortgages. These concessions, according to many opinions have helped create the real estate bubble in the U.S. and the subsequent collapse of the real estate market in 2007.
