S & P 500 at the beginning of the new 5-year highs. Can still grow?!

iPoint.cz Given that the U.S. stock exchanges were closed yesterday for a holiday, so the only impetus for early morning trading was a marked drop in Chinese shares. Shanghai Stock Exchange Index fell by 1.6%, fearing that the Chinese government real estate market cools, who seems to her overheated. Therefore, European shares begin trading in the red. However, gradually fell into profit and the publication considerably better ZEW economic sentiment index, the euro area (instead of the expected 31.2 points reaching 42.4 points) to get to the level of the DAX 7,730 points (+1%).

Prague Stock Exchange, as usual, remained far behind European markets and traded in the red. This was mainly due to the boundary dips CEZ 603 CZK (about -1.5%). After the dramatic events in Bulgaria today to decrease prices reflected negatively on the displacement of the EC meeting allowances for the next week (allowance prices fell by up to 20%).

U.S. investors, who yesterday had to ordain and could not buy, now when you open markets rushed into purchases and dragged the S & P 500 on a new five-year highs. Which further drove up European markets.

Current index values ??at 16:30 pm: PX 1,000.9 points (-0.02%), German DAX is 7751.50 points (+1,61%) and U.S. S & P 500 is 1,526 points (+0, 41%).

I must admit that this afternoon's growth quite surprised me, because I expect in the coming days worse macroeconomic indicators, not even think I wanna know some of the possible consequences of weekend Italian elections. I think I prefer to stay aloof for a while!
