A BIG TEST INSTRUCTIONS: How not to buy bad eggs for Easter

Recognize quality from poor quality eggs is not easy. For example, the rule that the more strongly yellow to orange yolk is, the better the eggs, not rely at all, because the shade can improve pigment carotene, which is added to the feed.

But you can try rozklepnout eggs on a plate and fork in hand. The fresher the egg, the egg white is firmer and the yolk should be sitting on it. If the yolk in the whites scattered, it is the old egg that was artificially subcooling, and you should fire him.

Directly from the shell can be seen from the number code method of rearing laying hens in their country of origin and registration number of poultry. It is not much nenapoví whether an egg is fresh or not. At home, however, you can do a simple test: Fresh eggs after immersion in a glass of water keeps the bottom, while the older ascends to the surface. It does this by age eggs gradually losing weight.

Also not necessarily true that the more eggs, the better. The larger tend to have fewer nutrients than eggs "emková".
