The real estate group launched subscription CPI bonds worth 1.5 billion

The real estate group CPI on Friday launched a subscription of bonds maturing in 2016 with a total value of CZK 1.5 billion. The bonds will have a nominal 10 000 CZK and bear a fixed interest rate 6.05%. Their purpose is to refinance existing debt and obtain funds for further development of the Group's activities. According to the CPI director Zdeněk Havelka for HN, the company will issue another bond issue this month. It should be a specific bonds secured by real estate.
