Banking Association deteriorating outlook for the Czech economy, the recovery in the second half of the year


Analysts Czech Banking Association (CBA) as part of its regular updates worse prognosis estimates for the development of domestic GDP. Originally estimated stagnation of the domestic economy for this year, now estimated to decline by 0.2%. Recovery should come in the second half of the year, literally turn towards it until 2014.

CNB currently estimates this year's GDP to fall by 0.3%, the most optimistic in this respect, MF calculating a slight growth of 0.1%.

Inflation, according to the CBA had this year and next year growth of 1.9%, the volume of bank loans to households should grow this year by 3.5% and by 4.5% next year. The volume of loans for businesses should grow this year by 1.8% and by 4.7% next year.

Crown would this year be around 25.4 CZK / EUR or 24.9 next year.
