IDC: PC sales in 1Q13 fell 13.9% year on year. HP remains the leader, sales growth zaznamelo only Lenovo
IDC (market research) yesterday published estimates of sales of computers (PC) for 1Q13, which reached 76.9 million shares and recorded a year over year decline of 13.9%. The drop is much worse than previously estimated 8.6%. HPQ has maintained a leadership position, but the proportion decreased by 200b.b.. Computer manufacturers have responded negatively to the report after the conclusion of the market (HPQ -2.7% to $ 21.7).
The results also confirmed the research company Gartner, according to which the world has sold 79.2 million PCs. Below 80 million market declined for the first time since 2009.
