Dish Network offers Sprint for 25.5 mld.USD exceeded supply and Softbank
The company operates Dish Network satellite TV offer for the acquisition of Sprint, the third largest U.S. provider of wireless data transmission, 25.5 mld.USD the competing offer to the Japanese Softbank, which seeks to Sprint for a longer period of time.
Dish offers shareholders Sprint 7 USD per share + equity share (32%) to the newly formed company. Overall, the company offers cash mld.USD 17.3 and 8.2 billion in the form of new shares, which is in total about 12% above Friday's closing price of shares of Sprint.
Dish is seeking to enter the wireless telecommunications sector, which is not yet involved.
