Fortuna plans to pay out in dividends over 1 billion
Board of Fortuna Entertainment Group NV decided at its meeting on 11 April 2013, suggests that the upcoming general meeting of shareholders a gross dividend of EUR 0.67 per share.
In line with the company's previous announcement that Fortuna going to pay 100% of the consolidated net profit for the year 2012 and possibly also additional dividend from retained earnings from previous years, the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of the Company as follows:
The total dividend of € 0.67 per share will consist of three parts:

Dividend of consolidated net profit for the year 2012
€ 11.96 million
Dividend from retained earnings from previous periods
€ 5.2 million
Distribution of share premium

Payment of dividends from consolidated net income, retained earnings from previous periods and distribution of share premium will be held in a single day in the form of a single payment. The Board of Directors proposes to the General Meeting decisive day 11 June 2013, and two different dates for the 26th pay day June 2013 or, alternatively, 30th July 2013, depending on the provision of external financing payment.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on the 28th May 2013 in Amsterdam. The total amount to be paid the dividend is proposed to be 34.84 million euros, for a total of 52 million shares represents the amount of € 0.67 per share. The various methods of payment of the dividend will be at the General Meeting to vote separately.
Declared a long-term dividend policy and payout ratio of 70 to 100% of the consolidated net profit this year's dividend payment does not change.
