iPoint.cz

So ladies and gentlemen, the first of September is behind us and with it we have experienced a shock in the markets. Yes, this is statistically the worst month as far as performance indices. History since 1950 shows that the S & P 500 falls in this period by an average of 0.7% and the Dow even by 1%. Yesterday was different ... but after what appeared a positive industrial production data from the U.S. and China, indexes shot up an unprecedented pace. The main driving force was mainly positive mood index of activity in the manufacturing sector ISM, which unexpectedly jumped in August to 56.3 points compared to the expected decline in the 52.8 (initial value was 55.5). Failed to dampen the mood even worse result from the jobs, which showed a decline.S & P 500 went up by 2.95%, indicating the largest increase since the beginning of July. The Dow Jones Industrial Index increased by 2.68% and finally the Nasdaq jumped 2.97%. The reaction of investors, of course, garnered positive comments about the U.S. economic recovery. "All you entered the market with the instruction" buy "is currently very relieved and" short "traders say sales time is over," said Michael Bloomberg for Binger of Thrivent Asset Management. Don Woedwll of RidgeWorth Capital Management with the mind: "It's not super-powerful V-shaped recovery, but I'm still in the stage of growth and the prices are unbelievably low title," and continues: "People are worried about a slowdown in China, but it shows growth. The market was much pessimism about ... "
