Owners of apartments proposed direct social benefits (June 7, 2011)


PRAGUE (MEDIAFAX) - The Ministry for Regional Development is preparing for 2020 new housing policy. Owners of apartments proposed change in the trend to social benefits need not abused, said on Tuesday Tomislav Simecek, chairman of the Civic Association of Owners of houses, flats and other properties in the CR (OSMD).

"The government should stop all subsidies for new construction," Simecek attacked a government program to support housing panel. "We are oversupplied housing stock, any other construction would lead to a crisis," he added.
