Moms solve insurance choice in 96% of the forums

The current survey conducted by Brand Embassy shows that 4 out of 10 Internet users' addresses change insurance companies on social networks. Customers use the Internet for discussions questioning the customer experience, are most commonly used sites for moms.

In a study of all references to insurance companies detected by monitoring public discussions on Facebook, Twitter and other discussions during April and May showed that the questions on insurance companies is 96% occur on the forums. Selecting the most active group of insurance and savings products were user that the server address for moms often choose travel insurance or insurance for families and children.

More than a third of customers in discussions examined user satisfaction with other insurance companies.Customers are most dissatisfied with unclear terms and conditions of insurance and untrusted performing financial advisors and insurance agents.

7 out of 10 users' complaints about insurance companies used the discussion forums, 12% expressed dissatisfaction on Facebook. A third contribution was positively tuned. "The most positive responses recorded Allianz - shared users and positively evaluated the recent report of the highest customer growth into this insurance company," adds Vit Hot Brand of the Embassy.
