Insurance Brokers of ACPM last year brokered trades in excess of 20.5 billion crowns

PRAGUE (MEDIAFAX) - Insurance Brokers Association in the Association of Czech Insurance Brokers (ACPM) in 2011 brokered trades worth more than CZK 20.5 billion, representing an annual increase of two percent. Association informed about it on Friday.

ACPM members in 2011 brokered insurance for their clients in 74 domestic and foreign insurance companies. Most insurance policies through implemented last year Kooperativa insurance (25%), followed by the contract with the Czech Savings Bank (15%), the third rung of the insurance policies at CSOB (11%) and fourth in this respect over Allianz insurance (10%). These four included 61 percent of insurance brokerage business in 2011.

Other major partners associated in the brokers include ACIB UNIQA, Czech Business Insurance and Generali.

Last year, mediated by members of more than 490 thousand insurance contracts, provide work and 4,858 people worked in 541 offices in the territory of the Czech Republic and 15 foreign offices.
