Stocks are cheap, 580 companies from the MSCI indices are traded below net worth

According to the Bloomberg survey, after falling in Q2 of this year approximately 580 international trading companies that figure in the MSCI indices, with a market capitalization less than the net value of their financial assets. Cheapest titles are trading at 0.7 times book value, then the most expensive around 9.6 times. According to the statistics of long-term business with the lowest valuations in the last decade an average of 6.2% Women carried the quarter compared to 4.3% for firms with high valuations. In the last quarter with the lowest valuations titles came to an average of 10% of the value, then came the most expensive by 7.2%. Differences between the highest since the beginning of the observation data in 2002.

The low valuation generally suggest that investors' distrust is still very high, many would prefer to hold cash and wait for further developments.
