Three cancels trip to Greece, whose prime minister and head of finance in the care of doctors

BRUSSELS (MEDIAFAX) - Inspectors of the European Commission, International Monetary Fund and the European Central Bank (Troika) postponed a visit to Athens on Sunday, informs Reuters.

"Troika visit was postponed for several days," he told a representative of the Commission. "The new date will be announced in the coming days."

A representative committee has not communicated a reason for postponing. However, it is apparent that it is the health of two key members of the new Government of the Hellenic countries with which the inspectors wanted to meet - Prime Minister Antonis Samaras and Finance Minister Vasilis Rapanose.

Samaras underwent surgery on Saturday odchlípnuté retina, recovery will take a week.

Rapanose hospitalized on Friday with sharp stomach pains and weakness. The hospital received him shortly before it was sworn. It is not clear when it will be released.

Samaras even Rapanos will not be able to participate or the European Union summit next week on Thursday and Friday in Brussels.

Three inspectors regularly visit Athens to see whether Greece fulfills the requirements for drawing on financial assistance.
