Vladimir Bezdek ended his membership in the National Economic Council of the Government

PRAGUE (MEDIAFAX) - A member of the National Economic Council (NERV) Vladimir Bezdek left his position in the advisory body. The reason for his departure is a professional activity in the Slovak Republic, where he moved with his family, informed on Tuesday NERV Secretary David Havlicek.

"I am because of their effect on the Slovak Republic, where I moved with his family, is able to adequately contribute to the activity of nerves and their expert groups," he said in his resignation letter Bezdek with the fact that he would like to thank you for the confidence they had demonstrated the government appointment to the Board .

NERV has discussed the resignation at its meeting on 13th August. Prime Minister Petr Necas (ODS) praised the contribution of Vladimir Bezdek, particularly in the area of ??pension reform. "Output NERV working group for pension reform was an important basis for creating the concept of government pension reforms," ??Necas said.

After the departure of Vladimir Bezdek NERV currently has 14 members and the Secretary Havlicek information is not currently designed is no substitute for outgoing Bezdek.

National Economic Council is an independent government advisory body that helps the government find the optimal form of economic reforms and measures. NERV advised the Czech government since January 2009 when the Czech Republic began to feel the first effects of economic recession.
