MF TODAY: Bosses Czech Railways will have a new pay it foresees 15 million annually


PRAGUE (MEDIAFAX) - A new reward system waits between September guidance of Czech Railways. Preliminary proposals assume with rewards as high as 15 million per year, said in Monday's issue of daily Dnes.

The amount of salaries decided in September Supervisory Board. The plan envisages that it should have the railway management 40 percent fixed salary, the rest should be bonuses. You will be counted as a year, so in three years. Roční payment will depend mainly on profit, revenues, net debt and occupancy of trains;-year bonus will assess the net debt, success in competitions and annual sales growth in passenger traffic, Dnes wrote.

The proposal provides that the CEO should have a total annual income of up to 15 million. The amount should recommend consulting firm Vratislav Kulhánek Industrial Advisors.

The deputy, who is also on the Board should have a ceiling 12 million crowns.

Design allows for greater income than the management of Austrian railways, Mf Dnes writes.
