Vodafone introduces international calls within the free minutes
PRAGUE (MEDIAFAX) - Mobile operator Vodafone has introduced new tariffs that allow you to call up to 29 countries within the free minutes. Part of the new service packages will also be free SMS to all networks and per-second billing after the first minute, advised Vodafone on Monday.
"Vodafone is the first mobile operator in the country in implementing its new tariffs to be charged by the second call for business and residential customers. Due to the fact they will incur both domestic and international calls according to their actual length," said Mario Mele, Vice President, Consumer Business, Vodafone.
The company also provides customers the opportunity to use all the minutes in the tariffs for international calls to 29 countries including most European countries, but also for example in the U.S., China, Canada and Vietnam.
According to Maria Mele will be able to both business and non-business and new and existing Vodafone customers to activate new tariffs from 27 August. Old yet tariffs remain active and their current subscribers have nothing to worry about.
"We believe that the new tariff structure is clear and transparent at first glance. Focus on three main packets, according to our surveys and detailed analysis of customer behavior meets the needs of the vast majority of customers," concluded Fernando Alves da Costa-Cabral, Director for Vodafone pricing.
