China could start another stimulus program, S & P


China could start another big stimulus program if economic conditions will worsen, said on Wednesday, Standard & Poor's. The government has, if necessary, sufficient capacity to strengthen the foundations for economic growth, said in a statement credit S & P analyst Kim Eng Tan.
