Wheat lost for the fifth consecutive day

ColosseumThe longest cord dips for last eleven months, the market of wheat after some foreign buyers turned away due to high prices of U.S. production. For example, Egypt, which traditionally buys in the U.S. a few days ago has concluded contracts for the import of 120,000 tons by weight of wheat from Russia and 60,000 tons from Romania. Russian wheat exports, even though local production due to drought will be 27 percent lower than last year. Even so, the United States remains the world's largest exporter of the commodity, followed by Australia, Canada and now Russia. Contract wheat, to be delivered in December went down yesterday by 0.7 percent to close at 875.5 cents per bushel.
