The Prague Stock Exchange in August, earned most of all markets!


August developments in equity markets may be looking at this year's každoměsíčního neatly into a positive segment. Looking at the performance since the beginning of the second month in a row maintains its lead with the German DAX +18.18%, who in August alone scored a solid +2.93%, while in the second half of the month and has found himself back above the 7 thousand . Points. Practically erased its losses from the previous year.

On his back begins to breathe back production rates Nasdaq +17.73%. The podium is then maintained the third consecutive month Indian BSE index +12.46%.

Returning to the August winners (PSE) and nevýnosnějším title was in August CEZ (+11,98%). These have been in mid-July could erase losses "after the dividend," but the second half of the month returned the title back below the level of CZK 700. In a subsequent development, however, in August already "dividend drop" more than erased. Leaving aside the AAA (+10,22%) and other partitions occupy other major titles that have the greatest weight in the index. KB scored +9.57%, +7.70% ERSTE competitive. Austrian title negligible shares of Telefónica O2 overtaken with +7.71%. Due to the vesting date, the dividend in the next week, they can be time for September conversely predict rather negative development.

Worst hit in August with KITD -9.89% and -9.82% with NWR. The loss ended the month with only FORTUNA -4.51% and many months practically "lying" UNIPETROL with -1.77%.

Total liquidity at the PSE actually belonged to the better in recent months, although the number of sessions in SPAD below 1 billion CZK was significant to 15 (of 23).
