Telefónica O2 and CEZ have a new 3% of the shareholders?
Regulatory reporting declassified "new" shareholder in two major domestic titles. Private American group The Capital Group Companies, Inc.. reported yesterday that the 9.1 controls in ČEZ 3.05% in TELEFÓNICA O2 then even 3.95%. Actually said that there was a breach of the 3% threshold required for reporting.
Mentioned company, however, reported by other companies and umbrella funds (or with them acting in concert), including Capital Research and Management Company. The same time in both companies were active in the past. In Telefónica O2 appeared with more than 3% share for the first time in August 2009. About a year later, which increased to more than 5%, so that is subsequently reduced to 4.99%. Since then, no change yet not reported. From the reports so you can rather conclude that Capital Research and Management Company in the meantime its stake in the company actually about 1% decreased.
Also the company ČEZ, where the company Capital Research and Management Company officially first appeared in May 2010 with a share of 3.03%. Last March it announced that the share fell back below 3%. In this case, of course, the company does not give specific share. The report now shows that self Capital Research and Management Company and currently owns in CEZ to 2.75%.
Advertised new regulatory reporting would without a deeper analysis of the investors could cause incorrect conclusions ...
TELEFÓNICA O2 in respect of shares may be recalled that the PSE last traded now entitled to a gross dividend of 27 CZK / share (RM-System up to Wednesday, 9.12 inclusive).
