CR - industrial producer prices in sickle mom after 4 months rose again


Mom agricultural producer prices fell by 0.9%, industrial producer prices rose by 0.5%. Prices of construction work and market services remained unchanged.
Year-Agricultural producer prices were higher by 4.6%, in industry by 1.9%. Lower prices were works by 0.4% and market services by 0.9%.

Monthly changes

Agricultural producer prices fell by 0.9%. In crop production, prices, after seven months of growth decreased by 1.3% due to lower prices of potatoes by 27.7%, fruit by 11.3% and oilseeds by 1.5%. Cereal prices increased by 2.6%. Prices of animal products fell by 0.5%, milk prices fell by 1.8% and eggs by 1.3%. Cattle prices increased by 1.4% and 0.4% of pigs.

Industrial producer pricesincreased by 0.5%. The fastest growth was recorded in prices of coke and refined petroleum products 7.9%, chemicals and chemical products 3.4%. Prices of food products, beverages and tobacco increased by 0.4%, the prices of vegetable and animal oils and fats by 4.9% and industrial feed by 4.2%. Prices of transport equipment by 0.8%, basic metals and fabricated metal products 0.7%, rubber, plastic and non-metallic mineral products by 0.6%.

Construction work prices (according to estimates) have not changed, the prices of materials and products consumed in construction fell by 0.4%.

Prices of market services in the business sector remained unchanged in total. Increased prices for advertising and market research services by 0.5%, prices of financial services, except insurance and pension funding, up by 0.3%.Market services prices excluding advertising services remained unchanged.

Year comparison:

Agricultural producer prices were higher by 4.6% (in July by 2.4%). In crop production, prices rose by 8.3%, mainly increased oil prices by 10.0% and 11.8% for cereals and vegetables by 17.3%. The prices of potatoes were down by 19.6%. In livestock production, prices for the first time since January 2010 dropped by 0.1%. Milk prices have fallen by 12.6%. Egg prices increased by 42.6% and 12.5% ??of cattle. Pig prices were higher by 12.1%, poultry by 1.0%.

Industrial producer prices up by 1.9% (in July by 1.3%). Significantly, prices of coke and refined petroleum products 14.7%, chemicals and chemical products by 5.3% and food products, beverages and tobacco by 2.1%, mainly increased prices of vegetable and animal oils and fats by 11.1% and other food productsby 7.5%. Prices of mining and quarrying decreased by 3.3%, the price of black and brown coal and lignite dropped by 6.6%, while prices for oil and natural gas increased by 10.2%. Prices of basic metals and fabricated metal products decreased by 0.5%.
Among the main industrial groupings, energy prices increased the most by 4.4%, prices fell only durable consumer goods by 0.5%.

Construction work prices were estimated to decrease by 0.4% (in July by 0.5%). Prices of materials and products consumed in construction increased by 0.9% (in July by 1.0%).

Prices of market services in the business sphere were lower by 0.9% (the same as in July). Prices fell in advertising and market research services by 5.7%, for architectural and engineering services by 2.8% and telecommunications services by 1.0%.Higher prices were recorded in cargo traffic by 0.8% and financial services, except insurance and pension funding, by 3.5%. Market services prices excluding advertising services decreased by 0.3% (the same as in July).

Industrial producer prices in the EU - July 2012 *

In the European Union (EU27), according to data released by Eurostat, industrial producer prices in July mom by 0.4% (in June fell by 0.8%). Among the countries for which data are available, the highest increases in prices in Greece 2.1%, Bulgaria 1.9% and Lithuania by 1.5%. Prices fell the most in Denmark 1.6%, Ireland and Sweden, both by 0.8%. In the Czech Republic, prices fell by 0.3% in Austria and the Slovak Republic by 0.2% in Poland, 0.1% in Germany remained unchanged.

Year-on-prices in the EU27 increased in July by 1.5% (in June by 1.6%). Prices increased the most in Cyprus by 6.9%, Hungary 6.1% in Bulgaria and Romania, both by 4.5%. The Slovak prices rose by 3.7%, Poland 3.3%, Czech Republic 1.3%, Germany 0.9% and Austria by 0.2%. Previous year, prices fell only in Denmark 0.9%, Sweden 0.8%, UK 0.3%.
