Members released to further discuss amendment of the Mining Act

PRAGUE (MEDIAFAX) - Lawmakers on Thursday released the final round of negotiations amendment to the Mining Act, which aims to strengthen the rights of property owners in areas where coal is mined. Draft article expropriation is canceled.

People living in coal mining areas are now protected territorial limits. You could, however, in the coming years should lapse. Abolishing the expropriation is to bring them more confidence that their property will not.

Ministry of Industry and Trade expects that by 2015 the possible process for coal mining limits in northern Bohemia could depend entirely on the agreement of the landowners, under which the coal is located, and mining companies. By 2014, the state has to break the limits considered.

Under current legislation, while mining companies have a duty to the authorities, companies and people agree. But if such an agreement is not reached and for the exclusive use of bearings there is an overriding public interest, pursuant to the Act may become problematic expropriate property, their owners and miners to pay out of the way.
