IPO activity in the world at least since the end of 3Q financial crisis

The volume of global IPOs in Q3 of this year reached 21.3 mld.USD, representing a QoQ decrease of 48% and is the second lowest volume since the end of the financial crisis and associated recession in mid-2009. Demonstrated only worse 1Q09 with 16.4 billion dollars subscribed.

In the U.S. IPO volume in Q3 of this year fell by 847% qoq to 3.5 mld.USD.
American stock index S & P 500 during 3Q climbed to the highest level since December 2007 and market volatility decreased 5-year minimum.
Home IPO as Facebook during 3Q lost of 53% compared to the price of subscription.

IPO volume in a problematic Europe reached only 385 mill.USD, the lowest since 1Q09.

IPO volume in the Asia Pacific region has so far this year are off to the worst result since 2008. The volume of IPOs in Hong Kong, which in 2010 was the world's largest IPO market this year has reached a level of only 3 mld.USD. IPO volume in China reached 14.9 mld.USD, the lowest since 2009.
