With the wind at your back and the sun overhead

Investing in renewable energy? Chances of good value and also for the long haul.

Many investors are tired of high price volatility of shares and bonds. Hand in hand with a growing interest in so-called alternative assets which represent something more tangible than the items on the statement from the investment account. Our legislation also allows for the creation of "special" funds of qualified investors that such assets can also "wrap" and convey to borrowers who would otherwise be unable to reach them.
A typical representative of this category is real estate, but there are also funds for renewable energy. Their main benefit is the independence of the evaluation of the development of financial markets. It stands on entirely different factors - weather conditions or the current political situation in the area of ??support for this type of energy. Here, it is true that nothing is free.
Profitability of projects is usually in the levels of six to fifteen percent per year, which in itself appreciative candidates indicate that it is not just government bond. Sun, water and wind are elements whose energy yield can be predicted only with some probability.
Czech specialty is also considerable political instability in their public support. It is therefore not the things to look abroad.Etalon in the stability of the legal system and one of the top student in the field of renewables is Germany. Investors are aware of it but the profitability of local projects and moves a few percent lower than ours. In this respect it is attractive to Poland, where thanks to the absence of electricity from nuclear energy generation that is experiencing rapid growth. It should also be borne in mind that even if you invest through units, the ability to transfer money back to invest is a lot worse than "normal" stock or bond funds. Sell ??the bond is much easier to monetize than a power plant.
