Tatra mountain resorts entered the Prague Stock Exchange
PRAGUE (MEDIAFAX) - Trading in shares on the main market of the Stock Exchange Prague Stock Exchange (PSE) has launched Slovak Tatra mountain resorts (TMR). She thus became the first company ever, the uncertificated bearer shares are listed on three stock exchanges Central, TMR informed about it on Monday.
"Entry to the Czech stock market is a natural step for us in achieving our vision to build the TMR largest company operating in the field of tourism in the Central European region. Historically Czech visitors are an important group of our clients and we believe that our activities in the Czech Republic we have them even closer than so far, "said Bohus Hlavaty, chairman TMR, that on Monday its shares traded in Bratislava, Warsaw and now in Prague.
The new issue is traded on the Main Market under the abbreviated name of the TMR (ISIN SK1120010287), which ranked in the current system SPAD.
TMR shares on Friday on the Stock Exchange in Bratislava traded at 43.80 euros (1090.4 crown), the annual yield 5.37 percent and 2.2 percent dividend yield. TMR shares are also the most traded share the title of the Bratislava Stock Exchange. In 2011, accounted for approximately 60 percent of all share trading volumes, in 2010 it was more than 70 percent.
On the Stock Exchange in Warsaw TMR shares debuted last Monday. Their price to the market price of the shares followed the height of the Bratislava Stock Exchange.
The company Tatry Mountain Resorts is the largest operator in the field of tourism in the Slovak Republic, which owns and operates attractive ski resorts and hotels in the Low and High Tatras.
