Švarcsystému controls are counterproductive, says Necas, Drabek takes on them

PRAGUE (MEDIAFAX) - Checks for illegal businesses employing people in the švarcsystém are the words of Prime Minister Petr Necas (ODS) counterproductive and wrong, said in Saturday's People newspaper. Labour Minister Jaromir Drabek (TOP 09) on their progress continues.

"Under the pretext of fighting with the black work here, hundreds of officers doing work, which I do not make much sense. For me, as a former Minister of Labour and Social Affairs has not done anything like it," Necas said, that it was one of the mistakes of the Ministry, the Government of this procedure, denoted by the Ministry as a priority be made. "We must through greater labor market flexibility, and not make the labor market rigidnějším," said the Prime Minister.

Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs to premiere the words he said. "I refuse to support black tunneling work or social funds, that the control of illegal labor is required, therefore I insist. However, I can not accept the notion of a witch hunt, nothing like that does not take place," said the Minister of Labour Mediafax Drabek, under which the punishment of dishonest entrepreneurs should be the common interest not only political parties but also the business itself. "Anyone who violates regulations, harmless to the state that it creates unequal competition and prey on honest businesses," said outgoing minister.

The largest government party ODS awaits next weekend congress, which will be decided by the party leadership, thus also remain at the forefront of civil Necas Democrats.

After losing regional elections the ODS stance against ministries that controls the TOP 09 sharpened. For example, on Friday, the chairman of the parliamentary health committee Boris Stastny (ODS) leaned into the Health Minister Leos Heger (TOP 09), when he called a public health insurance as very serious, while the ministry criticized for tardiness in addressing the growing deficit insurance. "Administrative reforms have taken part of the Ministry of Health carried out, but that did not bring any economic effect, while in many cases the costs in the health system increased. Actual reform, to which the coalition government pledged in its statement, the Ministry still owes us," Stastny said Friday.
