FSB has published an updated list of banks in each division capital levels

The Financial Stability Board (FSB) published an updated list and division of systemically important banks in different levels according to the additional capital requirements. The original list was published in November 2011, this list is updated annually until 2014, when it will be finally determined by the bank and how much capital they need beyond the basic requirements of Basel III. (Over 7%) from 2016. Compared to last year were excluded from the list of three banks: Commerzbank, Dexia Lloyd'sa and vice versa for him by two banks: Standard Chartered and BBVA. Now the list includes 28 banks, with the highest occupied rank (ieadditional capital requirement of 2.5%) continue to HSBC, JP Morgan and Citigroup, in addition, there was also included Deutsche Bank (originally 2% category). On the contrary, bettered (ie ranking fell) Bank of America and BNP Pari bas and Barclays. As for Deutsche Bank, currently has more than two percentage points lower capital adequacy, its objective (previously announced) is to achieve a 10% level in 2015. On the contrary, such as Bank of America has the requirement according to the current division of meets now.
