Juncker: Greece Aid figure out, but whether slashing debt does not count

After yesterday's meeting of eurozone finance ministers was announced quite a fundamental shift in dealing with the Greek crisis, but it is not moving forward. Deadline for 2% deficit finance was postponed by two years to 2016, state debt below 120% will not be targeted for 2020, but for 2022. These concessions only prolong and deepen the vegetative state of the Greek economy and create the need for additional financing. Eurogroup chief Juncker promised more help to the Greeks, which will revolve around all the options it is not around the next curtail debt. It Juncker dismissed outright because it would hit almost exclusively supranational institutions headed by the ECB.They may be as a reduction of interest on loans or extending their maturity.
