ERO: Electricity for households next year by 2.4% more expensive for companies by 3.1%

The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) has announced that next year will rise electricity price for households by 2.4 and for companies of up to 3.1%. The actual price of electricity fell, but part of the process (such as subsidies for renewables) is increased. The notified price increase is in line with expectations. If there was a significant jump in, it would be negative for CEZ likely due to the consequent reduction in demand.

Addition editors:
From press releases to the ERO price decision shows that the Russian prices for households came from pr, measuring the growth of regulated price components by 9.4% and decrease unregulated power price including margin by 5.2%.Distribution services went up by 1.4%.

Embodied growth of 2.4% corresponds to the increase in the price supplier E.ON, which operates mainly in southern Bohemia and Moravia. ČEZ operating in the rest of the country, on average, a price increase of 2.1% and PRE operating exclusively in the capital more expensive by 3.7%.
