The government will discuss a bill on the protection of public health or the marking of explosives

PRAGUE (MEDIAFAX) - The government cabinet headed by Petr Necas (ODS) will discuss on Wednesday a bill on the protection of public health. The ministers will also discuss the draft law on labeling and traceability of explosives, or news about the environment in the Czech Republic last year.

The draft amendment to the protection of public health concerns cosmetics and food. The law suggests that the food business operator pay the costs of additional public health surveillance. The purpose of presenting the draft amendment to the projection of the requirements of European Union law in the Czech legal order.

The government also wants to discuss the law, which since 5 April marking explosives commanded three digit code that would be unique to each manufacturer. Act by the Minister of Industry and Trade Martin Kuba (ODS) and the President of the Czech Mining Office.

Action should also opening the historical archives of the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community.

Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, headed by the Minister of fresh Ludmila Müller (TOP 09) acquainted with the results of the government inspection Czech Social Security Administration in 2011, carried out by the National Audit Office. Action should also be a change in the status of the Government Council for Equal Opportunities for Women and Men.
