Advice: The Czech Republic has obtained guarantees for the stability of banks, apparently so nevetuje Union Bank


BRUSSELS (MEDIAFAX) - The Czech Republic should receive guarantees that domestic banks remain stable. Probably will not be in Prague Brussels veto emergence bank Union diplomatic source told Czech Radio Advice.

The Government of the Czech National Bank maintains that after the change of Czech banks to branch from them their foreign owners could easily pull out money. CNB therefore demanded that the banks could convert to a mere branch disabled. This is due to the resistance of the Czech Republic but the vast majority of other countries could negotiate. Prague threatened to veto the creation of Union bank.

Now, according to Czech Radiožurnál obtain assurance that Union Bank will be prepared for the owners an incentive to conversion into bank branches to go.

The compromise will be on Wednesday in Brussels, the finance ministers of one ton twenty-seven European countries. According to diplomatic sources, the Czech Radio such an assurance the government just for the Czech National Bank is not sufficient.
