Direct election of the president will take part in Bobošíková, the Supreme Administrative Court

PRAGUE (MEDIAFAX) - The Supreme Administrative Court on Thursday ruled that the Interior Ministry to register Jan Bobošíková (Sovereignty) as a candidate for the direct election of the president. On the contrary, the court failed requests economist Vladimir Dlouhy and Senator Tomio Okamura.

The Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) and acknowledged the objection that the Department erred in calculations. This is the error rate in the two control samples with each candidate, which reduces the total number of signatures, counting instead be averaged. Bobošíková so after a modified calculation needed over received 50,000 votes, according to the court decision it must register ministry.

"We concluded that the Ministry of Interior has committed illegality in question showing the average error of the two investigated samples to the total number of signatures submitted," he said on Thursday PresidentSenate election NSS Vojtech Šimíček with the fact that the only correct solution is to average the error.

In the case of Vladimir Dlouhy and Tomio Okamura, the court held that the error of their signature sheets are so high that even after re-calculated number of signatures is less than 50,000, and their complaints were thus rejected.

Šimíček further stated that the decision was a difficult period of 15 days is relatively short. SAC's decision in the case of Long, Bobošíková and Okamura, however, was not unanimous. The Senate election is 3 judges with a majority verdict of the Senate disagreed.
