Office revealing prohibited agreements based on its investigation in September 2010 initiated administrative proceedings with ASA, SITA and van Gansewinkel. All parties moreover requested on the application of the so-called settlement, under which acknowledged the facts and legal classification defined by the Office, for which they have been reduced by 20 percent penalty.
