Negotiations on fiscal cliff are deadlocked, Obama wants to veto Republicans presented a plan B

James Hughes, Chief Market Analystv Alpari, one of the world's leading forex brokers, said: "We expect equity markets to open lower, as negotiations on the fiscal cliff is at a standstill.

At a time when investors began optimistically hoping that by the end of the agreement, the parties again unleashed political boj.Tentokrát first attacked Republicans. John Boehner suggested the White House plan B in matters of taxation in the event that the parties agree. This final solution but only postponed into the future, and this proposal does not address the issue of spending.

From the side of the Republicans was a very clever move publicly declare that the refusal of the plan B means that a tax increase that will fall on all Americans, not just those with incomes above one million U.S. dollars, can Democrats.

The problem is, however, that in any case not solve the problem and, moreover, there is little likelihood that the application will be accepted. So I just wasted valuable time, while the agreement remains just 12 days. This situation pushes the stock markets this morning down. Attention is focused on whether it is able to get sufficient political support or whether they will do everything possible to avoid U.S. fiscal cliff. "
