AAA Auto: Growth trend continues

AAA Auto last year sold 51,364 used cars, representing an annual growth of 14.6%. The main growth driver was the Slovak market with annual growth of 22.6% and sales at newly opened branch of Russia (+597% y / y). On the Czech market, the Group sold 6.5% more vehicles than in 2011. The company plans to open two to three branches in the Czech Republic and Slovakia this year. (AAA Auto)

AAA Auto this year quite significantly surpassed its goal of annual sales at 50tis cars. The upward trend also continued in the 4th quarter of 2012 (sales growth of 12.9%) and AAA Auto probably recognize another record-breaking results for the 4th quarter (as well as for the whole year). AAA Auto shares are fairly valued conservatively, currently is trading at 3-4 times annual earnings (trailing PE).
