Nokia first time in 143 years does not pay a dividend for 4Q results beat estimates


Nokia reported 4Q net profit of EUR 202 million (5 cents per share), more than expected (loss of 7 cents per share). Revenues declined by 20% to 8.04 billion. Management also announced that for the first time after 143 years, the company does not pay any dividend. In the first half of January, the company already announced some preliminary numbers, which the market reacted positively yesterday detailed results and dividends resulted in the cancellation of a relatively sharp drop in shares.
