CEZ: Protests in Bulgaria is growing, investigation for selling stake in Mibrag, procurement and Albania

Protests against the amount of electricity bills in Bulgaria continue. ČEZ proposes compensation protesters, said Bloomberg referring to the Chief Operating Officer of CEZ Bulgaria Petr Baran. Each complaint will be assessed individually. Minister of Economy and Energy announced that the Bulgarian regulator could consider the possibility of withdrawal of the license to operate the transmission network. Protests in Bulgaria are more than a week, but the new report is the potential threat of withdrawal of the license, as happened in January when Albanian operations. Losing the license is tantamount to a loss of business.

CEZ is the daily press investigated by the police. Investigations should cover half sales down Mibrag, procurement and transactions in Albania. Both reports are not favorable for the company and will not help sentiment in the market.
