CZK weakened to 25.7 in sight to the euro, it seems that the recession recedes in the Czech Republic

CZK yesterday weakened to 25.7 in sight, according to our information, the depreciation for the last days of gradual pressure of foreign players (Italy?). Perhaps there is even bet that the CNB will intervene after all, according to us, but worth it. Leading data suggest that the Czech Republic is approaching the end of the recession, which will gradually by us associated with subsidence rhetoric regarding interventions and the strengthening of gum. The situation in Italy has the potential - in the event of deterioration - to excite the region, but due to the fact that the ECB is present, we do not expect major destabilization in the EMU (á la autumn 2011 and summer 2012). At current levels, we recommend a bet on the appreciation of CZK, respectively. hedging.
